We are here to assist you with questions related to your appointment and University protocols. We also provide basic tech support including AV assistance for presentations at the Seeger Center. However, we do not provide clerical support unless it is directly related to official center activities (such as making photocopies for center-sponsored presentations).
We will provide basic office supplies such as pens/pencils, staplers, notepads, etc. If you need additional items, you can purchase them at Hinkson’s The Office Store on Spring St. Princeton U-Store, Amazon, Target, etc.
You will have access to a shared microwave and a variety of coffee machines. The refrigerator is primarily for storing food and beverages for center functions, but you may store small items such as coffee creamer and bagged lunch. Please label the items with your name and kindly dispose of expired food or drinks. For the benefit of everyone, we ask that you clean up thoroughly after using the kitchen.
If you use an off-campus service for copying/printing, you may use your University-issued credit card and charge the cost to your research account. No personal mail, please.
Incoming mail will be placed daily in your assigned mailbox. Outgoing (non-interoffice) mail should be sent through the U.S. Post Office on Nassau Street. You may also place stamped envelopes in the Seeger Center’s outgoing mail bin, which is on Eleni’s counter.
